Hi! If you cancel your appointment last minute you will be charged a fee since you are holding a spot on my schedule that may be hard for me to fill last minute! No call/no show will result in a fee as well! Please be mindful of my time and your appointment to avoid having to be charged! There is a 15 min grace period before your appointment will be marked as a no show or cancellation. After 15 mins of being late you forfeit your appointment or may be charged a late fee that will be added onto your service! If you are unhappy with your service please let me know within a 72 hour time frame! I do not offer refunds but will offer a complimentary fix to help correct any issues you may have with your service! If you need to reschedule your appointment please let me know 24 hours+ in advance so you do not have to be charged a rescheduling/cancellation fee! *Please be mindful of my limited space in the salon! I do not allow any additional guests unless receiving a booked service, or a minor needing a parent/guardian present!*
