I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations leave an appointment time that is often difficult to fill. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. • No-call/no-show appointments will also be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will be considered a late cancellation or no-show. A late fee may also be added to your service at my discretion. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been paid. • Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • By booking an appointment, you authorize Becca Grace Hair to charge the payment method on file for your deposit and any applicable cancellation, no-show, or late fees outlined in these policies. • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the payment method on file is current, valid, and authorized for use. Service Satisfaction Your happiness is important to me! If you are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 72 hours so I can schedule a complimentary adjustment. I do not offer refunds but am happy to make reasonable corrections when notified within this timeframe. Salon Guests To ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment for everyone, only clients receiving a booked service may be in the salon. Minors may be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian. Exceptions to these policies are made solely at the discretion of Becca Grace Hair and do not establish a precedent for future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
