Hi, I’m Becca Grace! I’m a color and blonding specialist based at Salon St. John in Kannapolis, NC. I also offer sew-in extensions, custom cuts, and brow waxing. When I’m not in the salon, I’m on-location as a bridal stylist, traveling across North Carolina and surrounding areas to create timeless, romantic looks for brides and their parties. All bridal inquiries need to be through email only. • If booking an appointment after 8pm for the following day, your appointment may not be accepted based on time of appointment request. • If bringing any food/drinks into the salon please clean up after yourself. • If arriving early please wait in your car until prompted to come inside if arriving before opening hours, or wait in our waiting area till I come and grab you! • If any changes/cancellations need to be made to your appointment, please notify myself at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges: 75% cancellation fee. • Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges (late fee) or your appointment has to be cancelled per the 15 min grace rule. • For purposes of safety and sanitation, unless receiving a service no additional guests are allowed (unless a minor needing a guardian present). • If you bring a guest you will forfeit your appointment and be charged 75% of the service booked. Please follow this policy. • If your appointment is not confirmed in the 24 hour mark your appointment will be canceled and charged 75% of the service booked.

Cancellation Policy

Hi! If you cancel your appointment last minute you will be charged a fee since you are holding a spot on my schedule that may be hard for me to fill last minute! No call/no show will result in a fee as well! Please be mindful of my time and your appointment to avoid having to be charged! There is a 15 min grace period before your appointment will be marked as a no show or cancellation. After 15 mins of being late you forfeit your appointment or may be charged a late fee that will be added onto your service! If you are unhappy with your service please let me know within a 72 hour time frame! I do not offer refunds but will offer a complimentary fix to help correct any issues you may have with your service! ** deposits are non refundable but does go towards your service ** If you need to reschedule your appointment please let me know 24 hours+ in advance so you do not have to be charged a rescheduling/cancellation fee! *Please be mindful of my limited space in the salon! I do not allow any additional guests unless receiving a booked service, or a minor needing a parent/guardian present!*
